TimezoneHop does not ask for an account and does not collect your name, email address or location. This page explains the little data that is involved in using the site.
Settings stored in your browser
Your preferences, such as 12-hour or 24-hour time, light or dark theme, and the cities you last compared on the home page, are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Your time zone
To show the time difference from you, the site reads your device's time zone setting in your browser. It is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Analytics
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal data. It tells us which pages are popular and how fast they load.
Advertising
TimezoneHop is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized advertising inGoogle's ad settings, and learn more inhow Google uses data in advertising.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message before any advertising cookies are used, and can change their choice at any time from the privacy settings link in that message.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
